Included at all eight Montego Bay adults-only resorts

• All meals, snacks and room service (room service may be limited hours at Riu)
• Alcoholic and soft drinks, including house-brand spirits; premium brands at Sandals and Secrets
• Non-motorised water sports: kayaks, paddleboards, snorkelling gear, sailing
• Nightly entertainment, pool activities, fitness centre, Wi-Fi
• Airport transfers at Sandals (others sell them as an add-on)

Usually extra

• Spa treatments (the spa itself is free to use at most resorts)
• Motorised water sports and scuba beyond an introductory lesson (Sandals includes certified scuba)
• Off-site excursions: Dunn's River Falls, Luminous Lagoon, rafting on the Martha Brae
• Some premium wines and top-shelf liquor
• Private candlelit dinners and cabanas

Tipping

Sandals, Secrets and Breathless have no-tipping policies for staff (butlers and spa therapists excepted). At Riu and Royalton tipping is not required but small tips are appreciated. Tip transfer drivers and tour guides everywhere.

Resort fees and taxes

Jamaica charges a small tourism levy that is usually built into the Trip.com rate. Check the price breakdown before paying; there should be no mandatory resort fee on arrival at any resort on our list.
