Swim-up suite tips
Swim-up rooms are ground floor by definition, so expect foot traffic past your terrace and less privacy than an upper-floor sea view. Book them for the novelty and the convenience, not for seclusion. Sandals "Crystal Lagoon" suites and Secrets Preferred Club swim-ups are the most private; Riu's swim-up junior suites are the best value. Always confirm the room category on Trip.com before paying, since "pool view" is not the same as "swim-up".
