Budget adults-only resorts save money on dining (more buffet, fewer à-la-carte restaurants), room size and service ratios, not on the beach or the bar. Riu Reggae is consistently the cheapest adults-only all-inclusive in Montego Bay and you still get 24-hour food and drink plus access to two sister resorts. Riu Palace costs a little more for nicer rooms. Breathless is often discounted outside spring break and gives you a rooftop pool and nightlife. Travel in May, June or September to November for the lowest rates.
